Stair Replacement

This is a direct stair replacement job in the townhouse community, stairs have to be of same design per association requirement.

Old stairs removed and disposed. Ledger board is removed to make sure proper flashing is installed and there is no moisture problems.



ACQ pressure treated lumber cannot be in direct contact with aluminum flashing, so proper flashing is installed to provide weather tight ledger and stair attachment to the house.
